Question concerning Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008 (S.22)?
Does anyone out there know anything about spouses being included in this bill which has been signed just a couple of days ago? I have heard spouses are included but can't find anything about this.

Yes, if the service members has 10 years active duty,
Then they can transfer thier GI Bill benfits to thier spouse or child.
Of course, the new GI Bill doesn't take effect untill aug 1st 2009.
You can thank McCain for that benefit, the democrats didn't wanna include it in the bill.
