..while I have alcohol in my system??? There's a warning on the bottle thinger, I'm j.w what will happen, I stopped drinking alcohol like two hours ago if it matters?!?!

If you are taking the dosage prescribed on the bottle to help with a cough, you will be fine. Nyquil is made of cough syrup mixed with alcohol on purpose...just don't exceed the recommended dose.

If you drank enough you'd feel incredibly nauseas from the guaifenesin and drunkish/high from the dextromethorphan.
