Cooking sauger (fish)?
Does anyone have any good recipes for sauger? My husband caught some and I have no idea what to do with it.

u can fry it or bake it......u can buy fish batter or u can just use this.. 1 egg mix it up.and put some milk with it.... than get about 1 or little more cup of flour salt n pepper seasonal salt mix it together..fry it up than ..if u wanna get some lemon juice after its cooked put some on.. makes a gd flavour ..
