To overclock, do I have to disable Speedstep?
Well I have a e6750 Intel core 2 duo and I know Intel processors have Speedstep enabled and I was wondering if I should/have to disable it if I want to overclock. If yes, then how would I do this? I know it's somewhere in BIOS but I don't know exactly what to disable.
Thank you.

is the system able to up oc? dell hp/compaq type machines dont allow oc
but that being said if your cpu had the speed step on it it'd be a mobile processor
so you'll need to leave it on for low power states
normally its not an issue
