Better yet, why aren't people outraged at police officers being killed in the line of duty?
The war and the deaths is just a very convenient thing for the libs to btich about. If there wasn't a war, then it would be something else. Maybe if they would spend a little less time btiching about the position they find themselves in and a little more time trying to change that position, they would see things a little clearer.
Regardless of how people feel about the war, remember that each and every soldier, sailor, airman, and marine that is serving in our military did so of their own free will. THERE IS NO DRAFT!!!!!
Dart Swinger, if that woman had lost her son in a car accident would she be the same then? I have watched my friends die. I have carried the dead bodies of young men, who believed in something bigger than themselves.
If you truly don't understand what we are fighting for over there, there is nothing anyone can say to make you understand. That is something that you will have to live with. In the mean time, drink your starbuck's and leave your freedom and your future in the hands of better men and women.

Because it's a senseless war, way too much money being spent in other countries. You talk about war zones in our cities - well have the President spent billions of dollars taking care of those living in the war zones - jobs, better health care, afforable education!!

It's easy to ask that question when you, or someone close to you, has not made the ultimate sacrifice. A woman I work with lost her son over there. She'll never be the same.
And we're fighting over there...for what?
Let's not forget the countless thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians that have lost their lives in Bush's war.

My dear................I don't care if it's a soldier or a civilian I hear of that died I still mourn the loss. But when it's someone who put on a uniform to protect my sorry azz I feel more of a loss for one who took up arms in my defense. If you don't get that you obviously haven't fought for anything in your life except the last piece of pizza.

During the same period of time that these four thousand soldiers who we keep hearing about died in Iraq, over two-hundred thousand Americans died in car crashes, many caused by drunk drivers, junkies, and people talking on their cell phones and not paying attention to their driving.

Because the money we spend keeping them IN a war zone should be spent on our own citizens instead.

It's a war based on lies. We were there to go after WMD's not to build a nation (certainly not to finance one anyway)
