You could have them sign a stipulation that you file with the Court where you and they agree that they will have your daughter at their home for 2 weeks, and they promise to return her on a specific date. The stipulation would say that if they fail to return her, they could be held in contempt of court, and they waive certain legal remedies or protections.
If there is no custody order, then they arguably have no right to have visitation with her. You should consult a local family lawyer.

You could write some agreement and both sign it stipluating the exact details o f the visit I would have it noterized or file it with the court. If their is no visitation you have the law on your side failing to return the child could actually result in serious criminal charges.Quite possibly even federal charges if state lines are involved.

Are you saying her father cannot legally visit her? If so, then there shouldn't be anything to worry about. If they don't bring her back, that's kidnapping (it's also kidnapping if they leave her home state without permission). I wouldn't worry about too much--- just talk to them. If anything, speak with a lawyer about it. Many of them have free or very cheap consultation fees.

I am really not sure if there's actual paperwork for that and if that's the even the right thing to do. I've realized with my mother-in-law the last thing you want to do is piss off the person you're handing your children off to. Take a voice recorder with you and keep it on, when you pass them off just reiterate that they are going to bring them back your desired date. As long as they have ZERO guardianship rights, if they don't bring her back you can call the cops and have her fetched and them arrested for kidnapping.

They will have to go to court and get what they call 'grand parents rights'... hard to get. You have the strong suit as you are the Mother. It takes forever (reasonably long time) to do this.
Good luck!
