What phone/carrier to get.?

I live in MI and have sprint right now and have no problems w/ it, but my plan is up in a couple weeks and I'm looking to get a new phone w/ web capability and a plan to go w/ it. As of right now I'm leaning towards one of sprints 450min everything plans and the new instinct but not sure. Anyone have a better suggestion?

Heres what I want in a plan: 450+ min and unlimited text & web usage and less thatn $70 a month. In a phone I need something w/ a full web browser or something very close to it.

    Helio uses the Sprint network and they give you 500 minutes plus everything you just mentioned for 65 a month. Virgin did buy out Helio but no worries there. The only bad thing about Helio is nights start at 9 instead of 7. I'm a Helio Dealer in Chicago and right now the Pantech Ocean has a $100 rebate offer. Go to Helio.com and check it out
