If you've filled the drain with chemicals, you now have a very dangerous problem to handle. The pipes and sink are now full of a highly caustic lye or acid solution
(depending upon what you used) which will burn. This will leak out when you take the pipes apart, get it on you and your skin will be burned badly. GET IT IN YOUR EYES AND YOU COULD BE BLINDED.
You will need to take the sink's P-trap apart and use a snake to clear out the drain pipe and p-trap. To do this you'll need tools. Borrow them from a friend if you cannot afford to buy. You'll need pipe wrenches and slip-joint pliers and of course a snake, I like the kind you can chuck to a drill and run as an auger while you advance the snake.
If you have a garbage disposer to worry about you'll need more tools and really should not attempt this yourself due to the wiring.

Then you will either have to do the plumbing yourself(which means you have to buy some tools such as a spanner and a nut wrench and take the p trap apart. Before buying the tools, have a good look under the sink and draw oout the pipe layout and carry that with you when you get the tools. That way you can ask somebody in the plumbing department how to dismantle what and what to watch out for. Simple.

First try taking the P-Trap apart and cleaning it out, that's where many clogs occur (put a bucket under there first). Very simple tools are involved here, like large pliers. Pay attention to how it comes apart and put it back together the same way. While it is off, run water in both sinks to make sure it flows down the drain freely. If it is plugged up beyond that point you are probably going to need a snake as others have suggested. I haven't used chemicals in my drains for many years and don't recommend them.

Most chemicals don't really work. First try a plunger make sure you get a good seal. If that doesn't work you can either take the pipe apart a the P trap(that's the curve in the pipe) and look for any blockage or if that's too hard use a snake. you can rent them as well as buy them. Do you how any idea what is clogging it?

You may have to replace the trap on the drain. Have you tried Baking Soda and Vinegar?
