How much spending money for a week in Glasgow?

It depends on if you plan drinking, clubbing and eating at fancy restaurants when you visit. Glasgow is fantastic for shopping. Have a look around Sauchiehall Street, Buchanan Street, Argyle Street and the famous Barras market too. I think about £250 - £300 should do you for the week. Hope you have a great time in Glasgow!

I wish I had £700 spending money for 3 weeks. I live in glasgow with family and manage on alot less! I still eat and drink out quite often but never spend anything like that kind of money, u just need to know the right places to go!

The tour bus is £10 i think for 2 days- hop on hop off so thats your sightseeing.

I'd say a 2 course meal with wine is about £25-35 for 2 people (again depending on where you go)

Public transport is reasonably cheap.

Bus- all day ticket £3.20

Underground- £1.10 per journey.

It also depends where you are staying? If its city centre you dont need to travel too much.

I'd suggest you have about £300 if you plan on doing all this plus a bit of shopping!
