I think www.torrid.com has a bunch of cute swimsuits... although the selection may be smaller now that we're further into summer. The whole website has plus size clothing. Not sure what your wife's style is tho. Give it a try.

Fashion Bug is specifically made for Plus Sized woman. JC Penny's also has a large selection of swimwear. Same for Kohl's and Wal-Mart.

Dress Barn is a realy good option they split the store in half (one side for plus size and one size for other)

Honestly I would say Walmart. They are cheap, and they are every where, so if you had to return it would not be hard to go to one.
