Most jobs involve communicating with people in some form. You could be more specific as your question is too generic

A Mime.
Night security.
Data entry.
My boss. You could be my boss! He doesn't communicate at all.
Some cleaning jobs are late at night and require only one person.
I would say writer, but someone has to read it and proof reading results in communication.
It's a really tough question and you got me thinking... even if you could make something yourself, there has to be interaction upon transfer.
You may be a few clicks away though. If you like to write, there are websites that buy term papers and sell them with a mark up. It's internet communication, but not speaking.
If you can, describe the situation more. No talking at all? Or you don't want to be seen? Or both?
If both, it's tough, but something over the internet seems viable. I can't tell if you are just posing this as a question or if it's academic or if it is really your situation. If it's really your situation, they please expand a little.
What if you worked from home and had a partner deal with the public? Like baking and have someone make deliveries to companies, retirement communities etc.
Once comfortable in a job, communicating may not be needed. Many of the illegals in the area don't speak english, a friend has a yard business and he doesn't speak any other language. He pulls up to a bus stop where they hang out, get in the back of his pickup. When he gets to a site, they get out and without saying a word he hands them a leaf blower, another guy a lawn mower, another guy hedge trimmers.
I swear it's funny to watch because they talk amongst themselves, but not to him and vice versa. At the end of the day he hands them cash, they smile and leave. No negotion before or after with the workers and the customers are billed. He says he goes weeks w/o speaking and the illegals know what to do and don't complain.
If they feel cheated, they won't get in his truck the next time.
