    Every 3 months unless you get sick, then right after you feel better so you do not continue to re-infect yourself.

    recommendations are every 12 weeks or so but it also depends how hard and what type of brush you have/use.

    if the bristles start to go flattened or ragged (splayed out) then it is time to consider a new one. do note flossing as as important too.
