myspace help?

I have an account on myspace that my daughter set up for me a few years ago. I don't access it much. When I tried to log in today it said my account was deleted. But my page still comes up when I do a search for me. When I try to register for a new account - it tells me the email address I want to use is being used by another user. (ME!) So, if my account is deleted, why can I still see my page? And why can't I register for a new account using the same email address? Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Try using a different E-Mail that you have. Or you can do what I do...make a new E-Mail and use the E-Mail you have for your other Myspace account as your alternate E-Mail. Then try using your new E-Mail for a new Myspace account.

    That happened to me once i just made a new email and registered with it :) its much less confusing!
