How do i get rid of blisters?

I am an active tennis player and can't take time of my training schedule. I have a blister on the heel pad of my right hand (the hand i play with) so I cant put tape over it. It has been there for several weeks. I heard that there might be some kind of cream I can rub on it. If you know anything about this type of cream or any other method of getting rid of blisters please tell me. Thank you.

    you want to avoid getting blisters all-together, and the key to avoiding blisters is to minimize skin build-up (callousing) in the first place. when the skin builds up too much it actually tears away easier when your hand or foot becomes sweaty. callousing is a natural response to working a certain part of the body, but you have to minimize that skin build-up and keep it smooth to avoid it tearing away (blistering).

    at any beauty supply store you should be able to find a callous file or scrapper. it's like a big nail file or sand paper on a stick. use it to file away/smooth your hand and foot callous'.

    also, that friction which tears away at your callous is created by your racket slipping in your hand. wipe your hands often and try a new grip and or changing grip tapes more often. try to keep your hand dry by drying off between each point. carry a small towel hanging from your shorts.

    is this the product you're looking for?

    again, best to avoid blisters in the first place. my first point is key...believe me.

    On a spot like this it's going to take a long time to heal because anything you do will be agitated by your practice regiment.

    Most professional sports clinicians will cover the area in NewSkin, SecondSkin, or Blister Plaster then cover it with a Blister Tape to allow you to continue playing with the blister.

    If the blister has drained you can apply antibiotic creams and a product called zinc cream which can help it heal (but only if it's uncovered).

    honestly i depends on what grip you have been using. there is no such creme that will help, you just need to change your type of grip.

    there are three levels:

    dry= almost no blisters

    tacky=some blisters

    sticky= A LOT

    i use tacky and i already have 10 on my right hand (no joke)

    i also hold tight as possible so that makes it even worse.

    i would recommend switching to a drier overgrip and maybe holding your racket a tad looser.

    a good dry grip is the super popular TOURNAGRIP.

    i don't like it cuz it doesn't have traction for me and cuz i can stand my blisters. but it's a good switch for people with many blisters or who need a little breack from tacky grips.

    Take lots of baths and be more careful.

  • u can rip them then rub sand over them. (if u can handle that) then let it dry for a day then wash it and tape it
