Netflix problem?

Has anyone had problems with netflix? They're showing that they sent me 2 movies, but I never got them, and I got one they show as shipped after the other 2 shipped today....

Should I be worried? I've never had problems before, and now 2 movies are supposedly floating around out there somewhere....

i love netflix..i've been a memeber for over 2 years now..wat happens is that they don't always have the movie in ur area..so they check inventory from another area and they will send that to u if its at the top of ur que..for example if ur in new york and they dont have it there or in jersey or conneticut..the movie may have to ship from chicago or something...and it may take longer to get to u...i had one problem where i never got a movie..emailed them..and they sent me another movie the that day...just wait..then let them kno there is a problem they are pretty accommodating..

and JBLuver: after all the late fees i had to pay at blockbuster over my lifetime and what they would charge for a rental...i wouldn't give that corporation another penny more of my money..

I had a similar problem once. All I had to do was call the customer service phone number (you can find it on the Netflix site) and tell them that I did not have the movies. They were really great about it and fixed the problem right away.

Personally, Blockbuster is the one and only company in my lifetime that I have boycotted. I was a VERY good customer to them, and when I contacted their customer service for a problem that I had with them, I never received ANY response, let alone a resolution.

Your dvds may have been sent from a different Netflix shipping location. That happened to me once when a dvd I wanted wasn't available at the nearest location to me. So, maybe give it a few more days.

    :]
