JonBenet Ramsey case.?

DNA has cleared the Ramsey family of involvement in the tragedy. We all come from differnt backgrounds and cultures in some way. My QUESTION: Why did the family not be as enraged as I would be or likely you would be at the suggestion of killing their own daughter? I do not understand the psychology of the family. If I accused you of picking up part of a tip a dining event, you would process that as vote on the tip being too high for the service provided. But, how can anyone remain emotionally even when talking about the death and worse yet, the murder of a family member? I would like some thoughts because this whole matter and similar cases have bothered me for a long period as defying the rules of normal human emotion. Contributions, please.

The only information coming to my desk is what others have already tossed about. Speaking from a psychological view point, I would have voted for a close look at the family also. Maybe not so much at the parents but at a sibling of the child's. DNA stays in the family as a coding device, and the DNA recovered would closely resemble the parents, but what about the sibling (brother?) When the parents exerted themselves onto the media's grounds and widely publicized the issue of "blame" the authorties know why perpetrators do this! The parents may be covering up something!

Initially, the family was stunned by both the murder and then by the accusations being made. Although Mr. Ramsey was a powerful and socially aware individual (as was the unfortunate mother) it is likely that he did not fully understand the direction that the authorities were taking. It is also entirely possible that they were given bad legal advice or simply reacted as parents (which was inappropriate at that point in time), e.g., "...yes, we spanked her when she was bad..." Recall, the social sentiment at the time this occurred was (1) anti-elitism and (2) pro child (no spanking, etc.)

They were emotionally calm during televised interviews as they were exhibiting a demeanor of strength and resolve. Which (unfortunately) had the effect of making them appear guilty. Or less than candid.

Finally, if I picked up part of a tip at a restaurant I would assume we were stating that there would exist no future obligation between us.

People who are used to being in the public eye have to learn to leave part of themselves private.

The callousness that seemed to be the Ramsey's exteriors may have only been a facade.

The fact that a child pornographer got a free exit from Asia, a free ride back to the States, used up much public money for a farce, and was let loose onto society was an even greater travesty.

It isn't humane to dress your little girl up like a high dollar call girl and market her like a product is asking for trouble, I don't care who you are.

The folks who propagate Child pornography use the same enhancements and it is horrible imo.

i'm angered by skill of the recent Boulder County DA's determination to re-open the JonBenet case. for the period of the 1st 40 8, the police did compromise the crime scene and allowed acquaintances and kinfolk to accomplish that, besides. Patsy Ramsey is deceased. DNA samples taken have not found a tournament and are nonetheless listed as "an unknown male." the previous Boulder County DA issued a assertion exonerating the Ramsey kinfolk interior the crime. She issued an apology too. confident, it might sturdy to discover the killer(s) of JonBenet however the mess ups of the police skill we can never understand for specific who killed JonBenet. The re-taking off of her case by skill of the recent Boulder County DA is a waste of police time and money as no new information has been found nor has the DNA been matched to anybody. Madeleine McCann grow to be kidnapped from their holiday condo. besides the indisputable fact that no physique has been found, many presume she is lifeless. there is no plausible information pointing to a suspect for this reason. If there ever is, than her abductor and/or killer would be prosecuted. "until eventually now you criticize somebody, walk a mile of their shoes." Your comments with regards to the mummy and father failing to tutor sufficient emotions on the disappearance/demise of their daughters is off the mark. it is not mandatory for them to tutor anybody how they're managing their grief. neither is it honest to assume they dedicated the crimes considering the fact which you're no longer satisfied with the quantity of grief they have shown. The media has grow to be an intrusive and vulgar addition to our lives. confident, the families asked for help yet that would not supply the media or you or anybody the surprising to persecute them.

There's a difference between trying to figure out how someone should react in a situation and actually experiencing the situation itself. What would I feel if a child of mine was suddenly missing and remained missing, maybe abused, maybe murdered? I would be scared. Then if I were a suspect of murdering my child, I would have to suffer in addition the condemning suspicions of thousands of people in the public. I would be devastated. Not outraged.

Acting Outraged is what criminals do to pretend they are not guilty. They playact. Real people, innocent people feel crushed.

They were outraged. Absolutely. You have to remember thought that this crime occurred over 10 years ago, I think they all got to the point where they had to go on with their lives. Then the Mother got cancer. Other things happened. Just because they were not in the media every day didn't mean that these people weren't concerned. Maybe they just chose to deal with it privately.
