If you want to calculate your daily caloric needs you can visit the USDAs website http://www.mypyramid.gov/mypyramid/index.aspx

Many health care professions suggest that you not eat less than 1200 calories on a weight loss diet though some very low calorie diets are closer to 700. The general rule of thumb is to calculate your daily caloric needs and cut 500 calories off that in order to lose weight. This is recommended for multiple reasons. By eating just under your caloric needs you lose weight slowly, steadily and train yourself to eat the correct amount of food. When you reach your goal you will already be eating healthfully.

The bare minimum recommendation for exercise is 3 days a week for 30 minutes (or at least that's what they told us nurses to tell people). Fat burning does not usually start until you are 30 minutes into a cardiovascular exercise, so it may be useful to add 15 minutes to your workout times. My opinion is so long as you keep up the exercise, whether your doing it this way or that way matters a whole lot less than whether you keep it up or quit. Sounds like you are on a roll!

Basic rule of thumb is multiply your weight by 12. That's how much should be safe for you to eat everyday and not gain weight.

I would be careful at 900-1200 a day. Even though you feel full you may not be getting what you need.

Congrats on your weight loss, but be sure to take it slow, otherwise you might cause health issues.

You need more calories. 2,000 are the recommended. Eating the right foods and watching the serving size is very important.

    2,000 is recommended..

eventhough u dont reach as much as that, still do exercises regularly..
