How do I respond to him?

I've been writing to someone online (please no judgement on this), he's fit, got his life together seems very nice. He just sent a photo and he's way goodlooking. Problem is, I'm not. How do I tell him that he is way out of my league and that he will have to look beyond "skin deep" beauty with me? I am short and fat. How do I respond to him? I have to write back soon and don't know what to say.

I have been upset about this all day because I know I will have to deal with being rejected once he finds out what I look like?

Also how do I deal with the rejection?

    so he is shallow? he should like you for you not your weight. many guys like girls with some meat. and aren't into that zombie look. so send him a pic of you and wait for his respond. if you are meant to have a relationship with this guy then it will Happen. Stop putting your self down i bet there are many good qualities that you have. best of wishes
