Upon hiring me, my boss promised me medical insurance but then said it was too much money. I asked him for the benefits repeatedly but he never really responded, so I have since then, on my own, obtained my own insurance at a much lower cost.

Am I entitled to ask him for the money for my insurance? It seems like my salary was based upon a medical benefit of higher quality and higher rate. So in saving the money, I feel like I am being taken advantage of and am starting to harbor bad feelings about this situation.

How do I tell him that he is way out of my league and that he will have to look beyond "skin deep" beauty with me? I am short and fat. How do I respond to him? I have DSL at home and need it to connect there mainly.

The sales associate told me all I had to do was plug in the DSL cable, but I can't get it to work.

I drove up a very steep hill with my 97 ford escort (over 105K miles) in low gear (as I believe is recommended) for a distance of about a mile and when I reached the top, there was a burning smell. What could that be?

Do I need to do anything about it?

I will have to make that drive probably once or twice a day for a month for work and I am scared now because I am trying to nurse my car as long as possible because I can't afford a car payment.

This is the fourth time she has done this. I have spoken to her, grounded her from the computer, shown her articles, signed a "contract" with her and made her watch the TV show with the online predators. What can I do? She just does it again.

Shall I ground her from computer until the end of the school year? What else can I do?

I already have keylogging software and she knows I have it because I have shown her that I can see EVERYTHING she does online. But by the time I see it, she has already given out the information.
