What hasn't yet, but should be fried and served at State Fairs?

Fried guacamole bites! Freeze your fave guac recipe and use a melon baller to scoop out your "bite" then dip in batter and fry!

My suggestion is Vegitables like Califlower which can be flavored in a way like curry or something for adults, and my favorite: Fried Banana. I want to see fried banana at the fair. I hope you choose a vote on these responses, you have some good ones, see what people think about it.

Here in NZ, "Fried Bread" is huge, it is basic scone dough, deep fried, served with jam, cream or just plain icing sugar.

I've haven't seen this at a fair yet, but a local joint takes whole ears of corn and puts a stick in one end of them like corn dogs, then dip in batter & deep fried.

Zucchini blossoms. Yummy!
