I recommend Brio at The Greene Towne Center (www.thegreene.com). It's very nice and not too expensive. On Monday nights there is a jazz band, too. The atmosphere, of both the restaurant and towne center, is great! Also there is McCormick&Schmicks, Cheesecake Factory, and others.
There are some jazz and piano bars downtown Dayton for a romantic after-meal drink!
