Taxes... If I didn't file before april 15th......?
I do not owe the GOVT. Can I still file and get a refund this year or do I have to wait until next year???????????????

Indeedly doodly....it is not too late to file. If you are owed a refund all you are doing is letting the government borrow your money interest-free so file those taxes & get yo' money. :)

If the government owes you, you can wait as long as three years (until April 15th, 2011) to file this year's taxes. You can file them at any time until then.

Yes, file as soon as you can. If you are owed a refund, there won't be any penalty for filing late. If you file before October 15, you might be eligible for a stimulus payment.
