Are you a slouch? sit up straight!! if thats not the case you may not be getting enough exercise your bones are like lungs they need to move around and breath to be healthy and strong!! i suggest swimming or weight training (if fully grown) to build up muscles around joints and also make sure you are getting enough calcium in your diet!! drink plenty of milk and dairy products and if you cant have dairy there are alternatives that can be prescribed to you when you see your
doctor!! yoga is of course a big help for back injuries and
problems its world widely suggested, in if you continually
get pains (depending on your age) it could be atheritus!!
soo be weary see a chiropractor if neccessary!! i hope you
find a solution to your problem good luck!!

If the pain is not the result of injury, but has developed over time, you may want to get your insulin level checked. High insulin, also known as metabolic syndrome or pre-diabetes syndrome, can cause joint and muscle pain.
I eat slow-cooking oatmeal for the gammalinolenic acid content and salmon or tuna (as well as Omega 3 supplements) for the Omega 3. If I keep this up regularly, as well as eating a low sugar diet, I do not have the pain or other difficulties associated with high insulin.

Why don't you have surgery and get your back, knee and back fixed instead of relying on the pain pills.
