Easy, just open her up an e-mail on your yahoo and click on the little paper clip, it will open to your computer, go to your documents and open up that file. It should pick it up and then when you go back to the attachment part of the e-mail, just click "attach" and it'll pick it up to the e-mail and you wait, then you'll see it go back to the e-mail and you click send it.
