Top five reasons to not vote for Obama and Mccain?Check' em out and tell me who's the lesser of the two evils
Ok so from following these primaries, the media reporting and reading the polls and the bloggers for the last sixteen months here what most people think are the top five reasons to not vote for Obama and Mccain:
1) Top five reason to not vote for mccain:
a) He's a republican who will become just like Bush and republicans screwed up bad for the last eight years. b) he's old. c) He's against gay marriage and abortion. d) He's bad ofr the economy; for the tax cuts for the wealthy and corporate America and no economic strategy. e) He voted for the war and intending to keep the troops till we achieve victory in Iraq.
2)Top five reasons to not vote for Obama
a) He's inexperienced, didn't even complete one term in the senate. b) Questions about his patriotism because of his ties black nationalists like Farakhaan and Rev. Wright and attending that church for 20 years, not wearing the flag pin, his wife comments, etc. c) He's a flip-flopper who changes his position all the time to get votes
And lately he changed his position on almost everything from public financing, FISA and the Iraq war, etc. d) Ultra liberal who wants to raise taxes and his voting record proves that. d) Elitist who looks down at middle class and rural America.
So based ont eh above, which one is worse? Who is the lesser of the two evils?

McCain is the better choice: Let me address your top five complaints about him.
1) He is very different than Bush. He is way more liberal, and has a long history of working closely with Democrats. Many of his best friends in congress are democrats.
2) He is old. He is healthy though, and we all will be that old someday if we are lucky. He has a lot of experience- way more than Obama. He has seen the dark side of war, and has decades of experience in congress- he knows how to get things done there.
3) He personally is against gay marriage and abortion, but has said that gay marriage is for the states to decide- so he won't be doing anything about that. And abortion is a dead issue. Don't tell the pro-life crowd- but abolishing abortion will NEVER happen in this country. explaining why would take all night.
3) Remember the wealthy and the corporations employ all of us! If we don't keep their tax burden at least reasonable, they will move their money (and our jobs) overseas. there are a lot of better places to do business financially than the USA. So few liberals understand this- it is the scariest part of Obama's campaign (and the reason over 300 top economists recently signed a letter of support for McCain.)
4) VIctory in Iraq is nearly here! Have you seen the numbers lately. VIolence is way down. Even Obama has flip flopped on his position of pulling the troops immediately. It looks like we will be out of there soon anyway as Iraq wants us to leave soon. McCain is constantly misquoted on this topic. HIs position is essentially the same one Obama has on Iraq today.

McCain all the way! Why would you want someone who's inexperienced to run the country?? That's a scary thought!
McCain being against same sex marriage and abortion is a GOOD thing. His age shouldn't matter - that has NO bearing on his ability to run the country. The democrats are the ones saying he'll be like Bush because they don't want him in; Obama is the dems' 'pretty boy', so of course, they're going to run McCain in the ground and make up all sorts of liberal rhetoric trash! Who says he's bad for the economy - the liberals?? Obama's a inexperienced, socialistic racist that will DESTROY the country! McCain HAS an economic plan, but the liberals will be against it to hide the fact that Obama has none himself. He preaches about 'change', but the only change that Obama will make is hiking up our taxes so we all will have to give more of our 'change' from our pockets to his! McCain is certainly the lesser of the two evils. He's experienced and has a military background, which gives him great experience in war situations - Obama hasn't served a day in his life in the military, so how would HE go about achieving victory in Iraq?? He's got no plan at all!

McCain is the one we need to vote for...if nothing but for the sake of our nation's security! Why would one want to vote for Obama....he wants to simply talk to terrorists..we know how well that works! And..to vote for a third party candidate, which has no way in a gnats chance of winning and will give that vote away to Obama...why would you want to throw your precious vote away?

In point of fact we do not have to pick the lessor of two evils. Check out Bob Barr Libertarian candidate. He has the things that McCain lacks and the things Obama lacks and the experience to lead us out of top dead center and get the country rolling again.

I would agree that if you simply listened to the media and bloggers, that is the impression you would get. However, it doesn't mean that those statements are factual.

Neither candidate would be my first choice. But, I have to vote McCain as the lesser of 2 evils
You forgot that Obama wants to lower our defense. Am I the only one who wants a strong defense?

Flip-flopper???
MCCAIN HAS STATED THAT HE WOULDN'T EVEN VOTE FOR HIS OWN IMMIGRATION BILL!!!!!
I'm so fed-up with you brainwashed fright-wingers. You people need to WAKE UP!
You're obviously a brainwashed idealogue so I really don't see the point in typing out an actual answer. We both know you wouldn't bother to read it.

With national security all these other issues will take a back seat. Face it how much will prices mean to you if you are dead, does it matter if Obama is a racist if your being attacked by a foreign country? For this reason McCain is the obveious lesser, because I do not think any prudent American would rather have Obama (muslim name) over a pow who fought for his country
