Has anyone used TRISMs for history unit study?

and if so, what do you think of it? We are considering it for next year in place of Sonlight, and I'm curious to hear from actual users. Thanks.

We're starting it now, my son and his friends really enjoy it. They like the setup of it, as well as the fact that they can each study the same things from their own "bent".

I like that everything's integrated and it moves him toward working independently. Two thumbs up in our household!

Edit - I also really like that it's not set up on any one worldview...you and the kids get to choose the resources and study any (or as many) worldview(s) as you would like. It really is a research and lit student-led, parent-guided course.
