OK, Can someone help me lose 10 lbs in two weeks? (details below)?

i have a huge dinner coming up soon,

and i really need to lose 10 lbs to fit in my dress.

I HAVE TO WEAR THIS DRESS!

so can anyone just help me , and tell me how to do this

    Well, I get that question a lot from many people I help.

    I'll eventually tell you how to lose more weight in a healthy way and maintain it for many years.

    In the mean time, here is how to lose weight quickly.

    First, eat a small portion 6 times a day, every three hours.

    Second, drink lots of water- 8 glasses a day.

    Third, cut down on soda and switch to diet soda or even water.

    Fourth, do NOT skip breakfast.

    Fifth, eat lean meat such as chicken and turkey.

    Sixth, do not eat within two hours before going to bed.

    Seventh, carry healthy snacks such as fruits and baby carrots.

    Eighth, start running 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week.

    Last, sleep at least 8 hours day. Lack of sleep makes you eat more.

    To lose really soon, I would eat no almost no carbs. Diet pop only, water, steaks and chicken would be ok. A salad here and there but that still has carbs in it. Good luck, if you can make it that long. I'd be hogging down an the dinner by then.

    HMM well its impossible to loose that much weight in two weeks unless your hard core training all day every day. Do some running, lifting weights and diets dont work, eat more greans more protein to keep you going and layyyy offf those chips and soda milk juice and water will help. lay of the fast food also those won't do you annyy good. curl ups crunches long distance running swimming squat thrusts wall sit ups eating healthy and running a lot will help. I run a lot im skinny but yea... good luck with ur weight loss =DD

    well i dont think you would be able to loose that much weight in 10 days exercising everyday and eating very healthy might lead to a 3-4 pound weight loss.

    if you have to fit into the dress - buy spanks - they hold everything in and reduce a couple inches that might allow you to fit into the dress

    DONT DRINK ANY POP.

    not even diet.

    i stopped about 4 days ago and i see a HUGE difference.

    also replace candy or junk food with healthier choices.

    dont eat anything after 5 p.m

    and exersize every day, and do 50 crunches in the morning & 50 at night.

    do 100 sit ups a day,

    jog 2 miles every day

    eat VERY healthy

    drink plenty water,

    try some weight loss pills
