Lucid dreaming?

Hi, I have a few questions about lucid dreaming. This is a subject I'm extremely interested in and any insight would be extremely appreciated.

First of all, I just wanted to hit up on a few questions I had.

1) How often can you lucidly dream?

2) To what extent can you control your dreams when you become lucid, and is there any way to reach a higher level of lucid dreaming.

3) How often do YOU lucidly dream, and is this on purpose or on accident.

4) How long have you been lucidly dreaming, and how good are you at it, and what can you do in your dreams.

6) This is one I really want to know, what was your best lucid dream?

5) Are there any non-drug sleeping tips you have to share? Because I've not been really sleeping lately.

These are just a few of the questions I'm really interested in getting answerd, if you have anything else to share it would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much!

1-2 Of, as often as your whole body can. It is difficult when you are tired or exhausted. To have a better one, you need to put your whole body in good physical condition by doing regular exercise or you'll lose control. You can even drive the car of your dream and end up riding a bicycle in the end. It is hard to focus.

3-4. Most of the time it is accidental. But it really depends on how frustrated or how much you desire a thing. You can have dreams that continues on for days. But it can very frustration sometimes because so of so many distractions.

    5. My best ones - I guess that really depends on what we desire the most.

    6. Get into some exercise that will make you perspire for 30 minutes a day and get your life into some routine so your body will know when it would rest and get into one of these dreams.

exciting way of describing it. If we flow some distance far flung from the traumatic ordinary and the crowds of critiques, viewing all of it from the gap, sure, we ought to work out it as a lucid dream interior yet another lucid dream. in spite of everything, in a international the place the regulations of advantageous judgment are questionable, how do all of us understand if what we see, touch or hear is unquestionably there? How can we define good judgment or certainty? interior the absence of those 2 bases of the international, shall we properly anticipate that existence is in simple terms a count of theory. people are creatures that stay in accordance to the regulations of their very own instincts of theory. we are able to protecting lucidity and ability of comprehension, as a result we are nevertheless conscious - as a result the LUCID dream. however the bounds of certainty are questionable - as a result the dream. If each and every action is consistent with very own instincts and private concerns of theory, then one act after the different ability one lucid dream interior yet another lucid dream. in spite of everything, we are all desires interior the dream of a dreamer who's been asleep because of fact the initiating of time. we are each and every of the lucid products of a dreamer who sleeps on the gate of time. while he/she obtains dream lucidity, his/her information would be awoken, and while looking interior his/her very own desires, we would be inevitably confronted with our very own meditated photograph. And we will awaken. The dream will end and we will proceed to be interior the organic sort of lucidity. :)
