Tips for making walking in high heels more comfortable?
I'm horrible at walking in high heels because of how uncomfortable they feel after a while, especially from the pressure applied to the front of the foot. What are some tips for making walking in high heels a much more comfortable experience?

If you need to wear them regularly (like work for instance) make sure you wear either Naturalizers or Easy Spirit shoes.

Make sure the shoes line up PERFECTLY with your feet....ie, your arches fit comfortably over the shoe's arch. That will help A LOT.
Another thing to do is learn gradually. Once you can walk comfortably (pain-free) in a pair of slightly heeled shoes, move to higher ones. Don't go for stilettos right away, work with a chunky heel first and as you master each height, go a little higher.

You can buy these gelly insoles at almost every fancy shoe store.
Theres some for your arch, heel EVERY PART OF YOUR FOOT.
check them out.. It really helped me !! :)
Also ::
Do not buy shoes that are too tight at the strappy part.. Trust me, It kills !
Annd, make sure the shoe has a good arch and some support( I know it can be hard too find comfy cute high heels but if you look hard enough you will!)
Good luck :)

Your feet just have to get used to it. I wear heels all the time and they still kill my feet somedays. Definetly get insoles and I like those little socks that just cover the arch and ball of your foot so as not to show. Good luck!

good arch support is KEY when it comes to being perfectly comfortable in heels (along with practicing walking in them more frequently).

Practice, practice and more practice. But don't take it seriously. Go have some fun with shorter heels and build up.
