I need to report this. I need to report it so that I will actually get a response, what do I do?? Any adivce, I am very upset!
I reported it and got an automated e-mail. That's all yahoo ever seems to do is ignore stuff like this. If the comment had been about me I would be able to ignore it, but the guy was talking about little girls here...I just need to know if some one out there knows how I can actually get ahold of a real person through the abuse department or anywhere that can take care of this jerk.

You should report it, if the person made a specific threat to actually mentioning the names and last names of your children, even where you lived. If they just said "I want to have sex with your children" then you should just ignore that ***. Or if you'd like, you can report him/her. You should know already that most people online can be real idiots.

Just because you got an automated letter, doesn't mean your report was ignored. I'm sure Yahoo! wouldn't inform you of their actions. You did your part by reporting it. I'm sure they are handling it. There is no reason to think they wouldn't look into the matter and take appropriate action.
