How to make a personalized logo?

You could upload a sketch of your idea with a description of what you want on http://logo.designbay.com/ and graphic designers will create designs for you.

obtain one of these apps: PhotoShop or Illustrator. Indesign could work pretty well.

draft your logo out in a notebook, at least a couple of logos; use each logo and make 2-3 different versions. pick your best draft then "translate" that logo into computer version using one of above apps. some people prefer using computer right away, others draft it out on paper first -then "translate" it by hand or scan it.

after almost-finished your logo, resize it in 3-4 different sizes so u can see how big/small it is. modifying may be needed after resizing.

remember, not to change your ideas too often or else u'll keep modifying it.

not sure about the program for logo making but you could just find some really cool fonts on 1001freefonts.com

If you have a Paint program on your computer you can put any picture on there and add words. That's what I do. If you don't have Paint you can download a free one.

Well... if you have a windows xp or higher computer you should have a program called Microsoft Excel you should try it.
