Paintball N2/HpA tank question... Is this a problem? when Empty something shakes?

WHen I shake my N2/HpA tank when empty...

There's this thing inside the tank that shakes too.

I don't know what is it coz I'm new with this HPA tanks.

But I just want to know whether it's normal or not.

more likely it's also connected with the regulator on the top coz I can hear it there. thank you for the answer :D

Update:

I have a PMI 48/3000 HPA tank.

hydrotest will be on 03 2012

Update 2:

well, not really on the regulator, but the sound came from something that is hanging from the regulator to the tank. On some sites they told me it's just a fill nipple.

I had an issue with a piece rattling inside the fill nipple of my DXS tank. I bought it new and when I opened up the packaging, I could hear something rattling. This was new to me since my Crossfire and Panther compressed air tanks did not do this. I contacted DXS and talked to one of their techs. The piece is free-floating and the rattling goes away when the tank is filled and pressurized. Not really a big issue or anything to be too concerned about unless the tank is leaking from the fill nipple -- that is if you are having the same issue. I would contact PMI just in case though.
