Whenever i open a folder i receive a critical error. How can I remove it?

I receive a critical error reading "Attention Shubham! Some dangerous viruses detcted in your system. Microsoft Windows Xp files corrupted. This may lead to destruction of important files in C:\Windows . Download protection software now!

Click OK to download the antispyware."

I already have fully updated Avast and Bitdefender on my computer.

i performed the through scan by both of them but they showed no virus.

You have two things to worry about: a corrupted operating system and a virus-infested hard disk. Nothing personal, but Avast isn't exactly the best of antivirus software (I'm talking from experience; it's dissapointed me before). So, the first thing I suggest you do is get another antivirus software THAT REALLY WORKS!!! I will strongly recommend AVG 8 (I can confidently say it's one of the best out there; I've been using it for several months now, and I haven't had any problems). You can download AVG from www.download.com (it's listed in the "top downloads" section or from www.avg.com. You can also download "SPYWARE TERMINATOR". it's an excellent antispyware/antimalware software. These two software used together, should provide optimum protection. Its how I keep my PC safe. Be sure to update on a regular basis.

After downloading and updating, perform a full virus and antispyware scan on your PC. This will take a while. If anything is detected, it will be automatically cleaned, and hopefully, this will fix any "critical errors" present. If the critical error has not been fixed, there's a good chance your Windows XP is corrupted. Use your Windows XP CD to repair the Operating system. Be careful though, you choose the "Repair" option, otherwise a clean installation will format your system.

    Hope this helps.
