Is it normal to have light cramping at 6-8 weeks pregnant?

There is no bleeding, just light cramps, not nearly as bad as menstrual cramps.

Yes, this is 100% normal. It is a result of your uterus and ligaments stretching in preparation to house your baby for the next couple of months. Completely normal.

If the cramping becomes severe and is accompanied by bleeding (not just spotting) then it is time to be concerned.

    Good luck and congratulations!
