I've always liked Adrianna. I think it has a beautiful ring to it. But Arianna I feel is less popular. It too is always beautiful.
MYA-LEE - almost sounds like Mylie but with an extra "a" in there.

I like Arianna much better. I think you'd pronounce Mayalei like MAY-UH-LAY which sounds funny. It looks preety though. How about Mayarei? That'd be like MAY-UH-RAY which doesn't sound as strange. I think Adrianna and Arianna or just way too common if you want the truth. My bf's mom now has 2 grandkids named Bryeanna, I don't like trendy names like that. How about naming her after a relative with a pretty timeless name like Elizabeth or Marie? Good luck whatever you decide if you are expecting.

Adrianna, it's much less common. I've seen soooo many people on here naming their daughters Arianna!
