I can hear people's thought's in my head.?

It's very random and not all the time. I have been prescribed Lexatro and Risperidone. I be a post traumatic, Multiple Personality, and I show Manic-Depressive tendencies. Everything is really rare and under control, so far by my will alone. I finally go see someone and they give me Meds.

Hearing voices is not hearing other's thoughts. You need to be on meds and obviously you have suffered trauma that has led to this, so you need help in dealing with than trauma.

If you finally went to see someone, something inside you told you that you needed to see a doctor. You were trying to help yourself the best way you knew how. Take the medication as your doctor prescribes and you might feel better then you do now. Best Wishes.

If you have DID (dissociative identity disorder, formally called multiple personality disorder) then these "thoughts" are not others but your own. They are from your alters "talking" and "thinking". DID requires therapy to help with the alters coming together, medication can't do that.
