Throat infection migrating to breast lymph nodes?
Anyone had any experience with a throat infection that started in the tonsils and spread to the lymph nodes in the breast causing soreness and swelling there?

It isn't that the infection is spreading. That is what lymph nodes do, they remove foreign things from the body. They are doing their job and trying to get rid of the infection that is in that area of the body. And the swelling and pain is a sign of the infection and the node working hard to destroy it. Once the infection is gone, the nodes will go back to normal.
