My Printer is an Hp 1310 series and for some reason the status is Offline...Please help.?

First, make sure both the connection leading form the computer to the printer is firmly plugged in at both points, and be certain the power cord is as well. If you access your control panel in windows, and then on printers and scanners (or 'printers and other hardware'), you should see it listed. Right click and you should see an option that says 'use offline' or 'use online' and try clicking that to see if it fixes the issue. Otherwise, I would suggest digging out the install disk and then uninstalling and re-installing the printer. I have an HP that whenever I run my spyware or registry cleaner, it deletes the entries for it, and I end up having to re-install the darn thing, aa I can't figure out which entries are for the HP so I can tell it to ignore those...lol.
