working out?

Most people tell me it is not good to work out at 13 but i have been and it feels good actually. What is the most i should lift so i don't get a hernia or anything. right now im lifting 45(bar included) and i can do around 50 reps 54 at the most without stopping. also is it true that it is better to workout at night since your body grows in ur sleep?

and when i said it feels good i meant like i am healthy and its good to see that

    i lift 50 pounds when i was 14 and i big and buff all you have to do is take vitamin like me it help me get big and keep growing i took fish pills but theirs other vitamin in gnc go here for workouts http://www.mensfitness.com/fitness/
