Which foundation primer to use?

I'm open to other suggestions, but I have been looking at Bare Ecsentual's Prime Time primer, and Smashbox's primer. By using it, I'm hoping to achieve:

1. Very little need of touching up (I currently use all Prescriptives foundations and only need to touch up my makeup once a day... I would like to reduce that to either none, or when I do touch it up, very little)

2. Less shine/oil buildup

I currently use a moisturizer - Prescriptives All You Need 24 hour for all skins. I'm going to switch to an oil control moisturizer, probably Neutrogena, as I don't think I really need to go high-end for my moisturizer too.

Update:

I am also looking at Philosophy's Never Let Them See You Shine

Update 2:

I REFUSE to buy anything from Mac that isn't eyeshadow so don't bother suggesting them - the only face stuff that hasn't clogged my pores is their volcanic ash exfoliator(which i looove :)

I use Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer Light. It's the best primer I have found so far and its very smooth and light on your face. If you worry about shine and oil build up I'd suggest the primer I use opposed to the 'non-light' version as is designed for sensitive oily/acne-prone skin which is what I have! I find I don't have to touch up my face as much when using this so it's been a good investment for me.

As for moisturiser I used Nivea Visage Young Control Shine! It's oil free and has a UVA and UVB filter system to protect your skin from the sun's radiation. It's not too expensive either.

smashbox is better than bare escentuals in my opinion.

it kept the shine away and my foundation looks flawless!

    good luck!:]
