I have been having a hard time finding an oil-controlling moisturizer that isn't from a high-end make-up brand. I thought Neutrogena would have one, but the closest I could find was for combination skin. Any suggestions?

I'm open to other suggestions, but I have been looking at Bare Ecsentual's Prime Time primer, and Smashbox's primer. By using it, I'm hoping to achieve:
1. Very little need of touching up (I currently use all Prescriptives foundations and only need to touch up my makeup once a day... I would like to reduce that to either none, or when I do touch it up, very little)
2. Less shine/oil buildup
I currently use a moisturizer - Prescriptives All You Need 24 hour for all skins. I'm going to switch to an oil control moisturizer, probably Neutrogena, as I don't think I really need to go high-end for my moisturizer too.
