Maeve is pronounced Mave. That is a very orginal and unique name!
Leilani is pronounce Leani or Le-on-e. Also, a very gorgeous and original name!!

and I pronounce it more Lee-la-ni, instead of lay, but thats just me.

i assume just May-v and Lay-lah-nee, but i could be wrong (especially on Maeve, Irish pronunciations always throw me off).
