No were all places have sound in regards to countries. Since you asked for total peace and quietness instead of relative peace and quietness. Also a sense of peace varies from person to person. I personally fined sitting on the shore of the ocean late at night extremely peaceful. Or sitting in an open field listening to the insects.

Go to a retreat at a Buddhist temple. They're so peaceful. :) I'm sure there're some in your country.

the country..instead of living in the city. live in united states. like oklahoma,,live in a quiet town. amishes towns are the quiet places to live. or a farm. small towns hold more peace then bigger towns.
