No. The homosexual seeks to impose its lifestyle on our children, by graphic, technical training in anal sex starting in elementary school. Criticism of homosexual sex education would be criminalized under an Obama DOJ Criminal Section.
Even today, report a bug seeker, one seeking AIDS infection and to spread it, go to jail. The homosexual sexual agenda cannot get challenged without facing prison.
Christians opposing the imposition of homosexual employees face long prison terms, and beatings by homosexual thugs, abetted by lawyer controlled police departments. Under Obama the homosexual will have total control of education, the courts, and will silence any opposition to their agenda, mainly the destruction of the American family.

Dude...how do you manage to get "criminalizing criticism" with strengthening hate crimes legislation??
There is a dramatic difference in criticizing someone's life (because you're...say...judgemental or what not) and doing physical harm to someone because you don't like their life or beliefs. That's a ridiculous stretch.
And if you can't actually SEE that tremendous difference between the two - *sigh* - free your mind, buddy.

Homosexuals want equal rights. That's your "homosexual agenda." Don't like it? No one cares. You have the right to hate homosexuals if you absolutely must, just as you have the right to hate blacks, Jews, short people, or lawyers. But if you attack someone because he is gay, then expect society to remind you that your bigotry is unacceptable.
Edit: You cannot train someone to be gay. I didn't choose to be a heterosexual. No one trained me to chase women. Your argument makes no sense.

Wow...there are so many problems with your "question" that I wouldn't even know where to start answering.
But, knowing that you don't really want an answer, you just want either someone who agrees to stroke your ego or someone who disagrees that you can rail against, I'm not even going to bother trying.

oh, please...a mere criticism isn't a hate crime....i think we both know what hate crimes truly are...and they need to be punished...what has America come to...if you can attack someone because you don't agree with theri lifestyles...This isn't just an Obama issue....Why aren't you concerned?
