What are some reliable, free N64, Game Boy Color, NES, etc emulators for PC?

I still have my limegreen Gameboy color!! I also still have my SNES and I actually pulled it out the other day and started playing it. I still have my N64 and Gamecube as well. Sometimes I just get a crazy urge to play my SNES or Gameboy. I mean new game systems are cool but there's something I've always loved about the classics.

Not all rom sites are safe. Many contain pornography and viruses.
