My computer wont sync up with my zune?

I know my cord is good, because it will still charge. But it will not sync up with my computer so I can put new music on it. Any one have this problem as well?

    What format are you changing the movies to and what's the determination? once you sync the movies is Zune attempting to transform them? i've got stumbled on my Zune accepts wmv records with a determination no extra effective than 320x240 the least complicated.
