its a bad idea to pierce your own septum , as it is a very complicated process.
if you insist though , i would put the tooth numbing cream on , thers nothin wrong w/ dat

Why you think of your mom is going to be greater tolerant of your piercing your septum your self with a stitching needle or protection pin than getting it executed by utilising a professional is previous me. Do your self a choose and get it executed professionally whilst your mom enables it.
