The Padres for sure. Greene isn't a consistent hitter and Iguchi is a waste. Edgar Gonzales, the 30 year old rookie, has hit well recently, but its not going to last. Plus the Padres don't have a single player with above average speed. So out of all those teams, the Padres need this player type the most.
Other notables are the Orioles but at least they have Roberts, Giants with the Durham trade, Dodgers, D-Backs and Braves. The Yankees are fine. Cano is more of a 2nd half hitter and he's been playing well recently.
Why are the Phillies on that list and not the Dodgers?

D'backs because they're the only contending team off the list that doesnt already have at least a good 2B or SS. i mean drew and Hudson? yuk
Dodgers also need one since Furcal going down really hurt them
I'd say 2nd place from that list would probably be Braves since the combo of Escobar/Johnson isn't that great either.

orioles need a SS like that. brandon fahey is a good utility guy, but not the answer as a regular.
could we clone brian roberts and use him in both positions? :-)

I notice you didn't mention the Dodgers, they would want a guy like that and any power they could get.
