Is $750 per class (3 credit hours) a good price for a bachelor degree earned online?

I heard this price is double what a regular university would charge and I was just curious.

You should take an online degree only from a brick-and-mortar college or university (one that has a physical campus) that has regional accreditation. For instance, the recognized accreditation for a school in the South is SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools). Any other kind of degree is not a bargain even if no tuition is charged because it will not get you the recognition you want and are entitled to.

$750 per hour is about right for a private college, although the tuition will be higher for a prestigious college. it is considerably more than is usually charged by a public college. At either a private or public college you would have the advantage of being taught by a professor and interacting with your class members.
