She needs to get her stomach pumped. Even if what she is feeling now goes away. Contact Poison control, take her to the hospital, do whatever you can do for her. Tell her to try forcing herself to throw up for now until the ambulance or someone can get her to the hospital. Click on the links and read the symptoms.
"The American Association of Poison Control Centers shows the following statistics for reported acetaminophen poisonings in 2001:
* Total reported exposures: 57,516
* Reported exposures, under the age of 19: 40,774
* Unintentional overdoses: 35,705
* Intentional overdoses: 20,002
* Total treated for the exposure: 24,934
* Impact on health from the incident: none, 15,029; minor, 6,223; moderate, 3,138; major, 829; FATAL: 120"
She took way over the recommended dose, and there is a chance she may end up in a coma and go through liver failure and DIE! GET HELP FOR HER ASAP!!!!

Well its really hard to overdose on tylenol, and an overdose would have come up sooner. Tell her to stop taking tylenol. Her headache should go away on its own.
The thing that worries me more is that she had a headache that didn't go away after 10 tylenol...That seems very strange.
Call the poison control center (you can usually find the number on dexonline under your zipcode) and tell them what has happened and the symptoms. They will be able to give you better information and tell you what to do from here.

Needs to to go to the ER right away. They will give her most probably a med called Mucomyst wich is the antidote for it. can only get it from the ER. Other wise the liver will probably fail. See Web MD or wikipedia. Call poison control Now

Headaches can cause dizzyness but it might also be a sign of an overdose. Take her to the emergancy room!.

why in gods name would she take 10 tylenols at once....
i think she just may be high of the drugs in the pill but an overdose from tylenol is unlikely in her case

2400 mg in a 24 hour period is the maximum dosing on this medication. Anything over that can cause GI symptoms as he is now having. You should consider taking him to the nearest ER for an evaluation.
